Thank you so much for visiting our website and taking the time to browse through it. Walking into a church for the first time can be a very daunting task. All these questions run through your mind…
What will the people in here be like?… Will there be anyone my age?… Will I fit in?… Will I be made welcome?… Where should I sit?… Will anyone
In Shore Street we are trying to create a family atmosphere where you will feel as if You really do belong here… We really are a family church of all ages and for all ages. We are a great mix of very ordinary people from such different backgrounds whom God has brought together in the most wonderful way.
Our heart is to love, enjoy and delight God’s heart and to reach out to others with the same loving kindness that He has shown us. We are passionate about JESUS and we are forever thankful for God’s incredible mercy in sending and sacrificing His one and His only Son to be our Saviour and LORD. As an overflow of such love and kindness we want to share Jesus with our neighbours and the nations both with our words and with our actions.

When are your services and what are they like?
We have three services on a Sunday. Our Early Morning Service begins at 9:45; our Morning Service begins at 11am; and our Evening Service takes place at 6:30pm. Find out more…
Where is Shore Street and how do I get there?
Shore Street is in Donaghadee – 1 Warren Road, BT21 0DS. Translink operates two routes into Donaghadee from Millisle (7), Bangor (3) and Newtownards (7).
There is a small car park beside the church with more parking available across the road on our Andrews Hall site. Ample parking can be found on the roadside, but please be considerate of our neighbours.
What door should I go in? Is there wheelchair access?
Is there a dress code?
We’ve got no dress code, but people normally dress casually.
What about my kids?
During our 11am Morning Service there’s a dedicated range of children and youth programmes delivered by a team of leaders and volunteers. This starts of for our very youngest members in our Creche and Toddler Room, Sunday School (P1-P6), Streetwise (P7 – Year 10) and Ignite (Year 11+). Find out more.

Our Foodbank exists to help ANYONE who has hit a hard time financially and is struggling with the basics of food for themselves or family. Hard times can hit ANYONE due to loss of income through sickness, job loss, delayed benefits or other issues.
We as your community are here for you and without judgement want to bless you and share what your community has so kindly given. You can be referred through our local schools, MLA’s office Alex Easton, Donaghadee Health Centre or contact us directly via Facebook or email us.
